Text of Section 150:
(1) Malicious Wrecking or Attempting to Wreck a Train: If any person unlawfully:
- (a) Puts or throws wood, stone, or any other material on or across the railway;
- (b) Takes up, removes, loosens, or displaces any rail, sleeper, or other railway property;
- (c) Turns, moves, unlocks, or diverts any points or other machinery belonging to the railway;
- (d) Makes, shows, hides, or removes any signal or light upon or near to any railway;
- (e) Does or attempts to do any other act in relation to the railway, with intent or knowledge that it is likely to endanger the safety of any person traveling or being upon the railway, he shall be punishable with:
- Imprisonment for life, or
- Rigorous imprisonment for a term up to ten years.
